Malaga to Torreguadiaro is 65 miles. By car takes about hour and half. Head for the A7/E15 Cadiz / Algeciras road, take left hand lane on the toll road AP7, which will cost about €12 in total. Go past Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Estepona and Mijas. Leave the toll road at Torreguadiaro, Exit 133. Turn left at roundabout to Torreguadiaro over next roundabout then past signs to Sotogrande Port , the villa is to the right hand side (sea side) past Hotel Patricia and past tall apartment building.
If you travel on the coast road, the A7/E15, missing the toil road, this will take slightly longer. Leave this road at the junction signposted Torreguadiaro, turn right at roundabout, driving slightly uphill around a right hand bend, in front of you are two tall blocks of flats. The villa is on the left hand side (sea side) before you pass those tall two blocks of flats.
Car hire can be arranged in the airport. There are Hertz and Avis and various local companies which may be cheaper. Alternately hire a car before you travel which will be there for you on arrival.
Gibraltar (La Linea) to Torreguadiaro is 20 km.
Turn right out of the airport. Walk through the frontier, passports needed, towards “Spain / La Linea”. To the right hand side is a taxi rank building marked CEPSA. Ask for Torreguadiaro (fare should be about €35).
Driving – Turn right out of Gibraltar along coast road through La Linea , over various roundabouts, then right at roundabout signposted to Malaga. Continue out of La Linea up the hill on the main road. Turn right on to main Malaga to Estepona road, the E15/A7 heading towards Estepona past signs to Guadiaro, leaving dual carriageway when signposted to Torreguadiaro, the A333. Over two roundabouts, past signs to Sotogrande Port, the villa is on the right hand side (sea side) past Hotel Patricia and past two tall blocks of flats. You can hire a car before you travel which will be there for you on arrival.
